Surrounded by nature, the house is just 100 m from the forest and 10 km from Robertville and Bütgenbach Lakes, perfect for hiking, cycling, and winter sports. The charming town of Malmedy is 8 km away, and restaurants and shops are within 9 km. Explore nearby attractions like the High Fens, Stavelot Abbey, and the Spa-Francorchamps circuit. The home includes a private garden, 60 m² terrace with barbecue, central heating, fireplace, and free WiFi. Parking is available on-site. For a peaceful stay, quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM, and youth groups are not permitted.

We were here for a weekend to enjoy ourselfs and to go hiking. The house is great. Everything there what you need. The sauna is great the wirl pool is great. Everything really clean. And the hoise was warm when we arrived. The landscape is precious. We had the best time. Thanks to the owner. They were really nice.

Clean and spacious property with beautiful views, The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking family meals, and we enjoyed barbecuing on the terrace, It was a bit far from restaurants, but we found some lovely spots in Malmedy just a short drive away
