About this house rental

Located in the charming village of Sourbrodt, in the heart of the Hautes Fagnes Nature Park, this modern and comfortable holiday home accommodates up to 13 guests in 4 bedrooms. Designed for families and groups of friends, it perfectly combines relaxation and fun with a private sauna, pool table, foosball and table tennis.

Outside, enjoy a large fully enclosed garden, perfect for children and outdoor activities. In the evening, gather around the fire pit to share unforgettable moments under the stars. A spacious terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue completes the setting for convivial meals.

This house is the ideal base to explore the treasures of the region:
- the legendary Spa-Francorchamps race circuit,
- the lakes of Robertville and Bütgenbach, perfect for swimming, paddle boating or kayaking,
- the spectacular Reinhardstein Castle,
- the World War II museums in Bastogne,
- countless hiking trails, cycling routes and RAVeL paths,

We received it in a very clean condition. The owner was genuinely invested in making our holiday enjoyable. Fortunately, one of us spoke French—otherwise, conversing with him would have been nearly impossible.

The house was very spacious and practically. The children ate in the kitchen, the adults at the big table in the dining room. Spacious salon with good seats, TV and everything on and on. The football was a hit with the kids, ping pong table is in a very dark and cold barn, but is of very good quality. The fireplace insert was not really practical. It just did not heat ... The sauna was very spacious and clean, we enjoyed it every day. Important drawback is the additional cost for a week during the Christmas holidays increased to almost € 500. Yet it was not so cold outside and we were very careful with the heat. It gives you a bad feeling when returning home.

Despite the bad weather we have had a wonderful stay in this house. The garden we can not judge that because we can not use. The house is cozy and in order, we have used the kitchen to cook for 8 people. The rooms are fine and the beds are good. The sauna is very clean and pleasant. The only thing that has disturbed us was the hige final bill for water and gas. 85 euros for a weekend we were still a lot, especially since we have lit the fire.

Had a lot of fun. Nice and cool in the house and very large. Children could enjoy running around in the mega large garden and the setting was lovely. Swimming in the lake and a walk. Owner manager was also very friendly. Definitely worth repeating.
