The location is excellent, just 500 m from the town centre and bus stop, with local restaurants 1 km away and supermarkets at 2 km. A lake lies 3 km away, and the region boasts over 60 km of cross-country skiing trails, making it a year-round destination for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts.

Inside, the villa offers central heating, a well-equipped kitchen, and a private garden perfect for reading or quiet moments. Children will love the playground with a swing set and boule’s court, while adults can unwind in the serene surroundings. Parking is available, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay in the Ardennes.

Für unsere Gruppe von 15 erwachsenen Personen war das Haus gut geeignet. Es verfügt über einen großen Aufenthaltsraum und viel Platz zum Sitzen im Freien. Die Ausstattung ist optimal auf diese Gruppengröße ausgelegt (z.B. 2 Spülmaschinen). Alle Schlafräume haben eigene Bäder. Allerdings sind in einigen die Duschmöglichkeiten eingeschränkt (Duschen in Badewanne unter Dachschräge). Auch haben nicht alle Zimmer eine eigene Toilette. Das Haus ist abgelegen. Das heißt, es ist sehr ruhig, aber alles (Geschäfte, Gaststätten usw.) sind nur mit dem Auto erreichbar. Trotz dieser kleinen Einschränkungen war es insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Mooi huis, alles aanwezig (behalve een kurkentrekker, wat toch wel welkom is in een vakantiehuis;-) ) . Mooi uitzicht, leuke tuin. Nadeel: nogal een gehorig huis en we misten wel een gezellige zetelhoek (eventueel met open haard), momenteel is de zithoek nogal kil, voor als het wat kouder is buiten. Maar al bij al een leuk huis, wij komen zeker nog terug.

Ondanks het slechte weer hebben we echt een topweekend achter de rug! De kinderen konden zich uitleven op de tokkelbaan en in de tuin. De tokkelbaan is echt een meerwaarde aan dit huis. Het trapje aan het speeltuig is wel aan vervanging toe, want 1 van de onderste treden staat op het punt van door te breken. Ook de petanquebaan heeft zijn dienst bewezen. De kamers zijn ruim en proper. Het sanitair op de kamers is iets verouderd, maar op zich zeker goed genoeg. De keuken is goed uitgerust, handig dat er 2 ijskasten zijn. De sauna heeft deugd gedaan na een natte wandeling. Wel jammer dat de rest van de welnessfaciliteiten niet werkten. Dit staat niet in de beschrijving. Ook de foto's van dit gedeelte zijn te zien op de advertentie, maar eigenlijk is heel dat gedeelte afgesloten. Dit stond al wel op een review van lange tijd geleden, wij hadden dus gehoopt dat dit ondertussen al terug zou werken omdat de beschrijving dat nog steeds aangeeft. Inderdaad, het huis is lawaaierig, het souterrain gedeelte heeft daar minder last van. In de omgeving zijn heel veel leuke wandelingen te doen, zowel korte als langere. Aan het huis starten zelfs enkele wandelingen. Super huisje, voor herhaling vatbaar.

Villa spacieuse mais pas bien agencée, hammam annoncé comme ouvert alors qu'il n'était pas accessible. Il manquait beaucoup de produits de base tels que du liquide de vaisselle, des pastilles pour le lave vaisselle, du savon, des taies d'oreiller, du papier toilette...

de aankomst was goed geregeld, de accommodatie is van alle gemakken voorzien. Nadeel is wel dat het een erg gehorig huis is. De woonkamer is middels een bar van de keuken gescheiden, wat het één grote ruimte maakt. Via de vide is de woonkamer verbonden met de bovenverdieping. Er zijn geen maatregelen genomen om het geluid te dempen (vloerkleden, gordijnen). Wanneer er veel mensen aanwezig zijn, wat nogal eens voor zal komen in een huis voor 18 personen, kan dat veel lawaai geven. De omgeving is geweldig. Je kunt er prachtig wandelen.
