Tucked into the scenic hills of Malmedy, this 5-bedroom holiday home is perfect for families or groups of up to 12 guests. With a private sauna, central heating, and a furnished garden with barbecue, it offers a warm and welcoming base for exploring the Ardennes. The home is pet-friendly and includes fitness equipment, table football, and table tennis for indoor fun. The spacious living and dining area features a cozy fireplace and seating for 12, while the fully equipped kitchen makes group meals a breeze. There are two bathrooms, a children's bed and high chair, and ample parking. Step outside to enjoy the tranquil garden, or unwind after a day of hiking in the relaxation area. Located just 1 km from restaurants and 10 km from supermarkets, the home is ideally placed for both convenience and adventure. Explore the Reinhardstein Castle, Hoge Venen nature reserve (2.5 km), or enjoy skiing in Ovifat (3 km) and water activities at Robertville Lake (4.5 km). We spent the weekend in this property with the entire family (incl. 12 people, aged 2-59). The house has everything you need, a decent size, fantastic outdoors and inside a nice open fire place. We enjoyed every minute, the kids loved the outdoor playground and the adults the weather-protected barbecue! Bad weather was not experienced, but the sauna was nice for a mini wellness experience and treat! Communication with the agency as well as with the owner of the house was smooth and uncomplicated! All in all a highly recommendable Chalet and a friendly and supportive host!
