Excellent location for a 1-3 night stop over to explore Dijon

great location on the doorstep of Citi Gastronomique and the Old Town. plenty of Restaurants, bars, shops and culture. Great for a city break. Very clean. easy check in and out.

I would only add air conditioning if possible especially as it is a top floor apartment in the heat of the city. but we had a fan which worked well.

Hot and uncomfortable with no air conditioning.

location was good.

Property is an attic apartment with no air conditioning. It was extremely hot and very uncomfortable to stay there. Not somewhere you can enjoy in the summer. Parking was hard to find and we only were able to find metered parking and needed to return to car to feed meter.

Un cadre agréable mais pas les équipements promis

L'emplacement est parfait à deux pas de la cité de la gastronomie et 10 minutes à pied du palais des ducs. Ruelle très calme et cadre apaisant.

Malheureusement une partie des équipement énoncé dans l'annonce sont défectueux on ne peut pas utilisé à 100% les équipements mis à dispositions le spa ne marche pas avec toutes les options la douche est cassé et le ménage laisse à désirer

Déception

Appartement bien situé

L'appartement était très sale, avec une forte odeur de Cigarette. Nous avons retrouvé un cendrier remplie de mégot, du verre cassé a même le sol, et j'en passe. La pommeau de la douche fuit, la baignoire fuit également et nous avons pas eu suffisamment d'eau chaude pour la remplir. Le lit bouge, la lunette du toilette est cassé, le rideau du velux est cassé également. Cette appartement ne devrait pas être loué!!!!! Très décevant!!

A fuire... Contact difficile avec le propriétaire, logement vétuste et pas propre... Plusieurs équipements cassés ou sale... Micro ondes sale, pomme de terre pourries dans le placard, toile d'araignée, poignées de porte de douche cassées, buse de la balnéo cassée, sèche serviette arraché du mur, poignées du sauna branlante, cuvette des toilettes arrachées, moisissure dans la cabine de douche, draps de lit à avec cheveux et tâches.... Et je vous passe les détails. Un love room doit être irréprochable.

Dreckig und unhygienisch

Das Appartment war entgegen der Versprechen bei unserer Ankunft um 17 Uhr nicht fertig. Beim Betreten sah die Wohnung auf den ersten Blick sehr schön und gemütlich aus; bei näherer Betrachtung jedoch überall Schmutz und Dreck. Überall in der Wohnung verteilt, haben wir BLUT (!) gefunden: Im Jacuzzi (der nach 10min kein heißes Wasser mehr ausspuckte), in diversen Schubladen, an der Türklinke, am Haarföhn etc. Ekelhaft und nicht akzeptabel. Weiterhin haben wir noch die Dreckwäsche der Gäste vor uns im Zimmer gefunden, einfach in einen Korb gedrückt. Ansonsten sehr unhygienisch und hat ein ungutes Gefühl hinterlassen. Einzig die Lage war gut, konnte den Aufenthalt allerdings nicht retten. Auf unsere Beschwerde beim Vermieter, gab es keine Reaktion.

A du potentiel mais manque d entretien dommage!

Emplacement idéal, logement cossy, original et de très bon goût.

Le prix demandé ne vaut pas la prestation : Manque d hygiène Équipements branlants, vétustes Spa sans eau chaude et qui fuit C est des petits détails mais qui fonds le tout, genre pas de torchons, pas de thé et peu de café, objet apparent métallique tranchant en haut des escaliers… Un bon rafraîchissement redonnerait tout le charme et le bon goût qu’a pu avoir ce bien ! Dommage.

Endroit très sympathique et super bien placé pour la visite et la gare SNCF

La décoration était vraiment bien et étonnante ! Très grand et très propre ! Vraiment bien placé par rapport au vieux Dijon.
