Lovely clean large room, with good facilities - the AC was very welcome on the hottest day.. The breakfast was good and well presented. Coffee machine available for guests in the lounge. Great communication from the owners who were very helpful.
My room was facing the port and the road - there was a lot of noise from the traffic on the road below, despite the double glazing. Earplugs were supplied.

Not far from center. Good walking distance. Breakfast room is real pretty. For the price is a real good value.
I had bathroom separate so had to leave the room, close it and go to the room next to mine to go to the bathroom, which was only for me but a bit uncomfortable, for the price though - it was fine. It’s a shame that not even one person speaks English !!! You have to speak using your fingers or call a friend to ask them to translate 😂

Really nice location with visual connection to the harbour and Monte Pellegrino. Easily walkable to anywhere in inner city Palermo. The apartment and communal room and staff were all first class. What elevaates it even further is the very thoughtful and subtle touches, all done with style. I chose this apartmrnt primarily for its proximity to the ferry terminals but I will certainly come back whether ferrying or not.

It was just far away from most things my group and I were doing, but it was fine.
