This three bedroom, air conditioned, single story property is light and airy and provides a home away from home with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is situated in the circulade village of Magalas, which boasts all essential local amenities. Restaurants, boulangerie, mini market, post office and bank, all within a few minutes walk of the house.
The house is an ideal base to explore the beautiful region of Languedoc Roussilion. Located just 25 minutes from the Mediterranean beaches and coastal towns, and less than 20 minutes from mountains, the river orb and canal du midi. Surrounded by medieval towns and villages it is a region steeped in the history of the Cathars and Nights Templar, the medieval cities of Carcasonne and Aigues Mort are about 90 minutes away and well worth a visit. There is something for all the family, with go karting, paintballing, canal boat rides, nature reserves and water sports a short drive away.. The nearby town of Pezanas with a bustling Saturday market and artisan shops is a must see. Magalas also has a railway station which offers train services to Beziers, Montpellier and Perpignan.

Additional shading for the terrace to make outside dining more comfortable in the summer months. The height of the bed mattress has been raised.
