In this way, you will enjoy a 52 m² pool with steps for your safety, its 30 m² deck with sunlounger to relax, a large 60 m² terrace with table and 4 chairs for your meals and relaxing times, a basketball net, a badminton set, a large barbecue for grilled meats and an adjacent boules pitch. If it is too hot, you can sit around the olive tree or on the small terrace unless you prefer the sunrays and sit on the fully fenced upstairs solarium. Inside, a big 60 m² living space with 4 dining tables will welcome you to watch the satellite channels on the sofas and the armchairs or to go on the Internet.
