About this house rental
Spacious and recent house fully equipped, facing south near the vineyards AOC Faugérois and ideally located heart of the Languedoc region with a multitude of activities / visits to make.
We offer a unique, quiet, charming, rooted in the soil with a large garden planted with species of flowers, plants and Mediterranean trees.
Housing includes:
-Large living / bright kitchen of 33m2
-New kitchen (January 2018) and fully equipped (+ oven + dishwasher)
-Bathroom with bath and separate toilet. Washing machine.
-Garden garden of 650 m2 with many Mediterranean species, outdoor terrace (+ umbrella), provision of two bikes and a hammock with its support.
-Village of Laurens calm and ideally placed in the vineyard Faugères, between sea and mountain.
-Capacity of 6 people: 1 bedroom with matrimonial bed (160x200), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200) + 1 extra bed, 1 sofa / bed in the living room.
-Access to all common rooms and garden
- At your disposal a binder with all the activities to do in the area.
Businesses:
-Proximity of the village shops:: bakery, butcher, press, pharmacy and medical center within 500 meters.
-Sale of local products (wines, cheeses, olive oil, honey ...)
-Restaurants including Asian food and pizza in the village
-Supermarkets in the neighboring communes of Magalas, Roujan or Hérépian (less than 10 minutes by car).
The village and the surroundings:
-Laurens is a pretty village of Languedoc with its castle and wine heritage, ideally located in the heart of Languedoc.
-A geological heritage (ancient volcanoes), a rich soil (AOC Faugères), a wild nature (oak forests, Mediterranean vegetation) and a lifestyle (markets, fairs, village festivals ...).
- A multitude of places to refresh in fresh water (Lake Salagou, Gorges d'Héric or Colombières) and of course all the beaches of the Languedoc coast just 35 minutes drive.

We had a very nice stay in this house! We loved the simplicity of it, even though it had everything one needs and even more like 2 bikes and a hammock! Normally we would eat outside and enjoy the garden.
Our son loved the huge comic collection even though he doesn't understand French.
We were looking for something that was quiet and calm and this house definitely ticked those boxes. The location is good as it is almost equally distant from the seaside, a lake and a river - so we had always something to choose from!
The village itself is very quiet too and has a nice village centre. It has a bakery in walking distance from the house where you can also buy butter, marmalade or milk. However for any bigger shopping or for most other things you will need to travel by car.
The owners were very nice - the few times we had some questions they were quick to reply.
So we definitely liked it and had a very good time!
