Lycabettus Exclusive Apartments

The location is absolutely perfect: close to the university and all of the great things downtown and right by coffee, shops and restaurants. I love the balcony and the layout of the apartment. I love the art and how it was laid out comfortable yet stylish.

The owner is extremely easy to reach and very helpful! The instructions to enter were simple to follow and the area the apartment is located in is very safe. The apartment is also huge, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well stocked and the AC works very well in the bedroom. The location is fantastic! Its a quick 20min flat walk into the town center and is at the edge of a residential area, meaning that Athens quiet hours are actually enforced (this is not often the case in the neighborhoods around the Acropolis). It's also near the base of Lycabettus Hill and is surrounded by really good restaurants making this a great base if you want to see the sites then relax in a quieter part of Athens. We greatly enjoyed our stay! If we ever return to Athens we will definitely stay here again, thank you for having us!

Location is absolute number one and have to say it was clean and overall functional. Our room was also very quiet that we really enjoyed bringing the center but not suffering from any parties and traffic noise.

It is made out of poor quality and was likely great a few years back but today it is suffering. It is not very logical, at least our room. Bathroom small and space limited.
