Location, ample space , veranda, owner responsive and attentive
The AC in bedroom old and not efficient had some operational issues
The bathtub drain plug not working
Has a water preparation machine for coffee tea etc could not work there was no simple boiling water kettle
TV cumbersome to have to insert code to use for simple TV viewing

Top location, relaxing veranda with a beautiful view looking mount lycabettus, relaxing bed, kitchen with filtered water and espresso machine, very clean
The apartment has only one mirror, which is in the bathroom. It will be good to have another one, preferably in the bedroom. Also the toilet space is a bit tight, so maybe the washing machine could be replaced with a smaller one, to free up a little bit of space

Location is clear, easy to access, and good space in the apartment. Great big terrace, that I didn‘t enjoy as it was raining and cold outside.
It was a bit cold (no heating), but it was really bad weather outside, as it was winter, so rain and cold.
