Artistico Two-Bedroom Apartment in Kolonaki

Ottima posizione: vicini vari locali, fermata della metro Panepistimio linea Rossa, parrocchia cattolica, supermercato. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Il proprietario disponibile e cortese. Appartamento accogliente e perfetto per noi che eravamo in cinque. Dotato di tutto. Noi siamo stati benissimo e lo consigliamo. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

El calentador tiene un limitador de tiempo, se puede volver a encender pero si no te lees las instrucciones te puedes duchar con agua fría

Great location which was central but quiet at night time and felt safe. The bottle of wine and snacks was a nice touch and the instruction manual was helpful. Worth noting that the second bathroom is a small room with a shower, toilet and sink and there is no divider or door for the shower. We didn’t use it for showering as the whole room would have gotten wet and so only used the shower in the main bathroom.

The entire building next door (literally on the other side of the bedroom walls) is undergoing a full renovation with construction starting around 7am every day except Sunday - it started at 6.45am on Saturday. It is impossible to sleep through and you cannot enjoy the apartment during the day due to the noise and there’s concrete dust everywhere on the balcony which you then traipse in through the apartment when you come inside. Obviously nothing the owner can do about this but it really impacts the experience. We weren’t provided with check in instructions in advance and the owner didn’t respond via booking.com so I had to contact them via phone. Another reviewer commented on the small toiletries not being sufficient (it seems this review and some others have been deleted recently) and while we didn’t have that issue as there was only two of us, four small plastic bottles is not environmentally friendly at all - most hotels have stopped this practice and instead have a refillable dispenser attached to the wall. We were there for three nights and there was no cleaning or emptying bins or change of towels etc. Not sure if this is provided for longer stays.

Every facility in the property were there and very nice facilities . In the heart of the city I surely recommend this property. Super property
