Elegant 3BD apartment in Kolonaki

I really enjoyed my stay at the property! The location is amazing — very close to downtown, the city center, supermarkets, and just a short walk from Syntagma Square. It made getting around Athens so easy and convenient. The apartment itself was great, and Manolis was super friendly and very collaborative, which made the whole experience even better. I would definitely recommend it!

Beautiful apartment away from the tourist crowds in Kolonaki. 10 mins from all the attractions but far enough away to get a feel for the real athens. Manolis was a very helpful host and when we arrived the place was spotless. The apartment is lived in year round, so it's not sterile and empty like a lot of tourist rentals, but it has a great, quirky vibe and we loved it.

The apartment in itself is quite nice and is very well situated in the centre of Athens. Check in and check out went smoothly.

The apartment feels really lived in, which, in itself could be a nice quality. But it feels more like untidy, full of personal stuff, not ready to receive guests. No effort was made to make the place welcoming or prepared to receive guests. As if the owner had left in a rush the night before. There is one real bedroom, the two other bedrooms are rooms with book stands, old furniture and some rudimentary clothes hangers. All equipment is old and noisy but functional (air conditioning, washing machine). Worst of all, the mattresses in the two improvised bedrooms are sub standard.
