È centralissimo
Se dovesse scoppiare un incendio si fa la fine del topo, le finestre affacciano verso dei cavedi, impossibile ricevere soccorso dall'esterno. Non si vede la luce del sole e nemmeno il cielo. Decisamente angosciante un appuntamento con finestre che affacciano verso delle pareti... Per il resto l'appartamento è molto spazioso ma pecca di poca manutenzione. Le parti comuni sono in stato pietoso e l'ascensore è indescrivibile.

Mitten im Zentrum. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Mann ist sofort im Geschehen.
Das Bett und das Schlafsofa waren eine Katastrophe, bzw. Unbrauchbar. Nachts viel Lärm im Treppenhaus. Keine Parkplätze vorhanden.
