The location near the marina area, short walk from bus and train stations. Plenty of restaurants and cafes around the area. Really felt like we were living like the Italians. A terrace where we would have liked to have drinks and breakfast but hindered by the spiral staircase. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, we knew there wasn't an elevator, and the stairs didn't really bother us. But for the less mobile, the spiral staircase from the kitchen up to the bedrooms, bathroom and terrace, would raise some anxiety, as it did 2 of our party of 3. You couldn't carry drinks comfortably while going up the staircase. Also had to duck your head whilst ascending to avoid a cupboard and a wall coming down. But the apartment was very spacious and near to everything so we were just very careful and took our time going up and down the spiral staircase. Large bathroom with double sink, bath and shower. The 2 bedrooms didn't have any mirrors, only the bathroom so had to work around each other when getting ready to go out.

On arrival our 1st meeting with Petra our host was warm and welcoming,the unit itself was clean modern and well setup with everything you need,the varendah is large with a BBQ and catches the breeze very comfortable to sit out there after a busy day exploring,the unit is situated in a great area close to all the good restaurants and buses to get you around overall this was a great introduction to Sardinia and the town of Cagliari would recommend this property to all Thank You Petra for all your information and help on your Beautiful Town

Location was perfect, close to all the good restaurants of Cagliari. 5 minutes from the train/bus station, 5 minutes from the harbor. 15 minutes with a taxi to the airport wich costed 20 euro's.
We had some problems with the airconditioning, the hostess told us how to fix it and always responded in a few minutes on WhatsApp. The water pressure of the shower was a bit low, easy fix though.
