communication défaillante, je n'ai pas reçu de courriel pour m'indiquer le no de la boite pour récupérer les clés. Je n'ai pas vérifié avant mon achat que l'appartement était au sixième étage sans ascenceur Malheureusement mon téléphone ne fonctionnait pas, un aimable voisin m'a aidé a communiquer avec vous Manque ausussi de savon pour la douche et prolème avec le lave vaisselle.
