L’emplacement, l’ascenseur dans les communs. La facilité d’accès via une boite à clé.
Odeur très fortes des siphons, le logement n’a apparement pas été nettoyé entre les derniers clients et moi même.
L’appartement est « rénové » de manière spartiate.
La vaisselle était sale, ainsi que la table à manger pleine de miette, et tous les meubles pleins de poussière.
