Le boulevard Gaudin est très passant et bruyant, mais l'appartement qui donne dessus est lui très calme et grand. On peut y séjourner à quatre (deux chambres). La situation en ville est excellente, proche du vieux port et de la citadelle.
L'accès à l'appartement est au deuxième étage par un escalier un peu raide. Jambes fatiguées s'abstenir, mais il suffit de prendre son temps.

Très bonne localisation, climatisation fonctionnelle, grand appartement, spacieux, joliment décoré et bien équipé.
Les canapés et literies sont un peu durs.
La porte des toilettes/salle de bain ne ferme pas hermétiquement, uniquement avec un entre-baillement retenu avec un loquet.
Manque de mug (presence de 2 mugs uniquement).
Attention, escalier sportif au 2e sans ascenseur.

Lovely Appartment, only air con in the lounge which was a disappointment.
Otherwise functional.
No AC in the bedrooms.
