The apartment is in a very central location with all the facilities within less than 5-10 minutes walking distances. There are few parking lots very close to the apartment where you can leave the car the whole night for a fee. The apartment is modern and fully equiped with a very nice view from the balcony.
The apartment is on a third floor without a lift. Free parking spaces around the flat are hard to find.
