About this villa rental
Il Trivium is a stunning villa renovated in 2012. It's a real jewel!
Villa Trivium is one of the oldest property in the area, it's an 18th century country house. In the past it was the main residence of the Marchetti family, owner of several hectares of land in Albiano.
It lays in a 2 hectares of terraced south facing panoramic land.
The property has been renovated in typical Tuscan style, with stone made walls antique furniture and three large ensuite bedrooms (two double, the third good sized like the other one twin or triple) plus a fourth bathroom at the ground floor ( washing machine provided ) , here the living room with fire place (central heating integrated) and the kitchen (fully equipped)... the stone and wood is everywhere!
The third ensuite bedroom is in the same building, but with its separate access and private terrace.
If not necessary We leave the flexibility to rent Il Trivium without the third ensuite bedroom (usually families of 4/5 rent the villa with a double bedroom plus a twin/double/triple one). Obviously in this case for privacy reason the extra bedroom will not be rented to other guests.
Villa trivium offers a stunning breathtaking panorama, its very large private panoramic terrace dominates the whole valley with an amazing view over the medieval town of Barga. The private garden, sun beds provided includes a stone made barbecue too.
It's common to see close to our villas professional and amateur photographers taking panoramic pictures of Barga and of the whole Serchio valley...
The place is well know as the most prestigious in Barga, thanks to the amazing view, the tranquillity and the southern disposition of the sunny hill of Albiano. All this without staying in a remote place (approximately 2miles from the medieval historical centre of Barga, reachable by foot too by a beautiful just renewed ancient mule track).
The hamlet of Albiano, less than 5 minutes' walk from the house, boasts a shop for everyday necessities, the typical Tuscan Restaurant /La Terrazza/,and a cafe'.
Villa Trivium is covered by High Speed WiFi Internet connection.
Close to the Villa (approximately 700mt) there's the beautiful panoramic swimming pool of Albiano.
The price is 6€ per person per day (2025 rate).
Entrance free for 0-3 years old children and half price for 3-6.
