Razzett Lunzjata is a six bedroom authentic farmhouse with private pool and barbecue area. All bedrooms are air-conditioned connected to a coin metre.Fans are also available free of charge.This charming farmhouse is over three hundred years old. It overlooks the evergreen Lunzjata Valley, which is the nicest spot on the island.
The entrance to the farmhouse is through a hall , which leads to a central courtyard. On the ground floor one finds a large arched kitchen/dinning/ lounge with cable TV set and free wireless internet. It features five original mangers and water trough, originally used for water. Besides there are two nicely furnished bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower, one for each bedroom. There is also a separate wash room with washing machine.Spiral stairs from the kitchen leads to a loft ,1.4m high which can be used as a children's bedroom.On the first floor there is a large arched corridor, which leads to another four bedrooms, all with their own showers/bathroom.
Recommended for a large number of guests.

The accommodation was lovely and Maria very helpful and friendly.Only observation I would make is that the exact location was open to misinterpretation on sat navs which took us to the wrong place initially until corrected by Maria.

Six of us came to stay in this lovely farmhouse, i celebrated my 64th birthday while here. Easy walk to Victoria for restaurants and shops and The Citadel. But also a local shop that stocks all the essentials. We used Bolt taxis to get around the island but also walked to xlendi one evening which is all downhill so easy. Not so easy walking back in the August heat so we got a taxi. Maria was a very helpful host especially as we left things behind and she very kindly posted them to us.

My family and I really loved our stay in Maria's Farmhouse Villa. It really is an extraordinary place which looks deceiving from the outside and the inside is like a huge maze. We all loved it and the rooms were all large, spacious and had dedicated bathrooms each which was very useful. The kitchen, diner and lounge was one huge room which was also very nice. The outdoor area was a real shock as we did not expect the pool to be so big! We also had a ton of space for BBQ and the pool goes very deep on one end which was nice unlike the usual shallow pools we've had. The place was made even nice by the owner Maria. She booked all our transport and excursions with one simple message and brought us food when we arrived as the closest shop was closed till 4pm. Maria also brought us a cot and extra coal for the BBQ, she was the most gracious host and honestly made the trip even more perfect. Thank you Maria!!!
