We liked the location - a few blocks to the promenade, bus stops nearby, food shop around the corner. The apartment is very nice, spacious enough for two. The kitchen is quite well equipped, although we ended up buying some mugs, cups and utensils to make it easier as we stayed for 6 weeks. (Try fitting an Americano coffee in an espresso cup!). The keypad worked flawlessly. When the elevator worked it was useful. The host was responsive to replace the electrical adapters that did not work
The property did not have a key but provided a lock code, which normally would have been fine. However, the code was not sent the day prior to travel, as was agreed; this created some anxiety as we did not have internet access to receive the code during travel. There was no address on the building, so the Uber driver was unable to drop us off at the correct building. It took some wandering around with suitcases to find the correct entrance. We did not have wifi so could not contact the host. There is no front desk nor staff at the building. The host is remotely located.
The wifi in the apartment was quite terrible, getting only 6 MBps download and it was frustrating as the signal kept dropping out every minute or two. Perhaps it was only a problem in our room (?). The elevator broke down 5 times during our stay, with us being trapped once in a completely dark elevator at one point. Carrying bags up 5 or 6 floors is not pleasant. The sliding door to the small balcony had a broken lock, so it could not be locked, and despite being reported, no one attempted to fix it.

Everything was great, we stayed for a week. Big comfortable bed, all needed facilities for living were there. Loved staying there, will be happy to stay again. Nice apartments and design
There was problem with wifi, but after changing letter(big/small) it started working properly. Soap in bathroom for me was to smelly, so bought another one. Batteries in remote control died, so we bought new ones. In the beginning it was hard to find the apartment, because Google Maps were showing wrong location
But it’s really not a big issue, we managed it fast enough)

Really enjoyed our stay at this appartment, good communication with host via WhatsApp and clear instructions how to access the building. Lovely modern appliances, so we cooked a few meals. The weather was bad with many rainy days, so it was great to have a washing machine and dryer. Big comfortable bed and pillows so we got peaceful sleep. Close to Spar, pubs and many restaurants. Lovely walks to harbour and aquarium. Good value for price in the off season.

Apartament jest dość nowy i dobrze wyposażony. Lokalizacja również bardzo korzystna, blisko do przystanku, sklepu, plaży.
Nie działające sprzęty domowe np. suszarka do włosów, czajnik. Pozostałe sprzęty domowe z europejska wtyczka, więc wymagały użycia przejściówki. Brak rzeczy do sprzątania jak np gąbka do naczyń, odkurzacz albo chociaż miotła. W nocy hałas z ulicy. Brak kontroli personelu nad gośćmi - pijani goście biegający w nocy po korytarzu, krzyczący, trzaskający drzwiami. Ciągle awarię windy, plus jej duże obciążenie przez co nie zawsze można z niej korzystać, a budynek jest wysoki - ma 7 pięter.
