The location is excellent, right in the city center and just a short walk from the beach. There are plenty of shops nearby, which was very convenient. The building is well maintained, with a clean entrance and a garbage disposal area in the parking garage. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine and a dryer. Anything that was missing was provided to us the next day, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this place.

The only downside was that the Wi-Fi connection was quite weak and unreliable at times.

Great central location, but still managed to be lovely & quiet at night. Free underground parking. Apartment was very spacious, extremely comfortable & spotlessly clean. Would definitely stay here again, despite the issues I experienced.

Just to preface by saying that I booked this apartment at extremely short notice i.e. I booked it on the same evening as my arrival. I had a few issues during my stay - there was no hot water & I couldn't turn on the washing machine, but these two issues were resolved within a day or so after I contacted the host. The main issue I had was that the wifi password didn't work during my entire stay, so I couldn't connect to the internet. The host sent someone to check it out, but to no avail. I was then told that they were in contact with the internet provider, but the issue was still not resolved by the time I left. I found this extremely frustrating, as my own phone coverage/signal was very poor in the apartment anyway, so I had minimal internet access overall. One final suggestion that the provision of a clothes airer that could be put out on the balcony when needed would be a bonus. I would have given a higher rating than 8, only for these issues.

el apto, el lugar cerca de todo y el parking incluido. muy comodo de acceder y salir a visitar la isla. mucha restauración cerca y supermercados no le pongo mejor nota por el mantenimiento del mismo

cuando entramos, lavavajillas estropeado, sofá estropeado y solicitamos otra toalla de ducha ya que nos dejaron tres de manos y una de ducha, nunca la trajeron,a pesar de contestar que al dia siguiente nos la darian. nada más entrar escribí un correo comentando todo esto y que las sartenes y ollas, estaban quemadas, pero negras, pues nada hicieron por solucionarlo. si lo hubieran hecho estaría diciendo que un 10, no pongo más fotos porque las borré, de las ollas y lavavajillas lleno de agua con espuma y cosas dentro.
