Sea Breeze, Spacious 2-Bedroom LUX Seaside Apartments

Our flights were changed long after making the booking meaning we arrived 4 hours early, but Thomas arranged for us to store our luggage whilst the appartment was being cleaned for our check in at 3pm. In the end, this was all done early for us, and we were very grateful. It was 42 degrees when we landed in St Pauls, so dragging 5 cases around would have been a nightmare! The pictures of the appartment actually dont do it justice. Everything looks brand new. Its very spacious, very clean, very comfortable and the air con is an absolute blessing! The beds are a bit low, but once you're in them, you dont want to leave them again anyway. Sooo comfortable. Bathroom is modern, clean and has a washing machine and tumble dryer. Theres also a big airer to use too. Shower is a good size and works well. Biggest TV we've seen in a rental ever! WiFi is great if kids use it. Location is good, the sea is a 20 second stroll to the top of the road for a lovely view of the harbour, then, for the average person, less than a 10 min walk to Buggiba square which is where most of the 'action' is. And the beach. Although dont expect sand 😂 The best nearest shop is 'Dave's' (imagine a small co-op chain) It is well stocked and opens until very late..If you look straight out of the front door of the appartment building, its a red shopfront about 50m on the right. A further 2 mins past that is a great watering hole called Fiddlers Green which had a good selection of drinks at very low prices compared to town. Be warned though, walking back from the Square is difficult if you have any mobility issues, as the hill is very steep. I recommend you download 'Bolt' before you go. Works just like Uber and is very popular on the island, so a lift is never more than 2 mins away. There is a local hotel, approx 10 mins walk that sells day pool passes for €12. A good, easy day to entertain kids, and the walk there is mostly flat.

As many have said, the listing is a bit misleading. Not all appartments have hot tubs so check when you book. The Sea View balcony is.very small, but its too hot in Malta at the moment to properly enjoy it anyway so wasnt as issue. The building appears to be a mix of let and residential, so its good to observe the quiet time rules sfter 10pm, on the flipside, you can hear activity both in the street and in the building from around 7/7.30, so if you are one to sleep in late, this may bother you. We met a couple of the residents and all were welcoming. Being very picky, there was no plug for the kettle as it appeared to have been taken by previous guests. I picked one up for 3€ from a hardware store on our 2nd day so wasnt a big problem. Again, picky, but no safe that I could see. Mind you, the building has 3 locked doors to get though to get access to the appartment, so isnt a security concern, just would be a 'nice to have' for cash/passports etc.

Na zdjęciu widać balkon z jacuzzi, tymczasem właściciel ma dwa mieszkania i tylko w jednym jest to udogodnienie.

The apartment is very new and top quality.

There was very difficult to find parking in the neighbourhood. The neighbours were very noisy till 1am every day.
