Completely Independent Main Level One Bedroom In-Law Suite in Candelas on Northwest Arvada.
Great Location: 20 minutes to Boulder, 15 Minutes to Golden and 30 Minutes to Downtown Denver. Main Level One Bedroom Apartment with independent front door access, adjustable position queen size bed, reach in closet and desk. Kitchenette with granite counter top, microwave, mini-fridge and sink, fully equipped with all the essentials. Living room with full size sleeper sofa, dinning table and 55" TV. Full bath with shower. Equipped with Washer and Dryer. High Speed Internet WiFi. AC and Heating. Plantation Shutters on all windows.
Absolutely no smoking. Please respect the fact that it is a non smoking Rental, therefore no 420 will be accepted nor tolerated. Please note that this is an attached in law suite, there might be noise from a normal family living under the same roof with pets. If you require absolute silence, please DO NOT reserve our suite. PLEASE DO NOT BRING PETS. We have a dog that do not get along with other pets. The temperature control is done inside the house, so let us know if you need us to adjust it.
We appreciate to use the washer and dryer Moderately ONLY during daytime between 8am to 10pm, this is a family household and these appliances are loud during nighttime.
Please park on the far right of the driveway in front of the singe car door garage as far from the garage door as possible without blocking the sidewalk.
No 420 will be allowed or tolerated.
Please do not bring Pets, we have dogs that do not get along with other pets.
Please TURN OFF unused lights and do not be wasteful, we are trying to keeps our costs low to provide an affordable price for you.

Nice big unit Close enough to walk to my daughter’s home so that was a plus. Owner was very prompt to respond to questions. Would definitely stay here again if needed.

Everything was very clean. This unit is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood that has walking paths for morning exercise. The host was helpful with messages and you wouldn’t know that we shared a common wall. Very comfortable unit. I would go back!

Great if you need lodging. The home is for sale. You will have the in-laws apartmentto yourselves with no family present in the house. Newer, nice construction. Two towels, one dish towel all needed to be washed before use due to mildew. Not a big deal, but a detail the cleaning service missed. Some more careful cleaning needed in general. But, doable.
