Are you looking for a clean, comfortable and spacious alternative for your vacation or temporary home?
This is a great comfortable space with indoor/outdoor living.
The entrance is private and separate, safe and lighted. You have your own off-street parking large enough for 2 cars tandem. Enter into a spacious and ultra modern and fully equipped kitchen complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and all of the cooking and entertaining dishes. It's open to a warm and inviting living area with a large flat screen TV, leather sectional seating, a new and warm fireplace and workspace. The sliding doors open to the patio with hot tub and a terraced garden where we grow our veggies and flowers.
Each of the 2 bedrooms is furnished with a queen bed and has a huge closet. The bath is beautiful with an oversize stand-up shower. You will have access to a shared laundry room.
Bring your toothbrush. If you need anything we haven't provided, we probably have it and are happy to provide.
We are centrally and conveniently located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Arvada just minutes from the Arvada Center for Arts and Humanities, the Indian Tree Golf Course, and beautiful Majestic View Park. We are 2 miles from Old Towne Arvada with many restaurants, bars, coffee shops and the new light rail station with service to downtown Denver. We are a 25 minute drive to Downtown Denver, Boulder, Golden and Red Rocks Amphiteatre. If you are working at Interlocken or Broomfield, we are even closer.
We have a dog and a cat, but please, don’t bring your pets. You need to know in case you have allergies, because our pets have been in the apartment. This is a non- smoking unit. There are many affordable and convenient pet boarding facilities within a short radius and we will recommend if you ask.
We are open to weekly, monthly or interim living situations.

We absolutely loved staying here! It was immaculate, spacious, and clean. Conveniently located. The hosts were very gracious and friendly. The hot tub was a huge plus! It was also fantastic to have a washer and dryer. The beds and furniture were comfy and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in the Denver area.

Our stay was very nice. We would go back. The entry point to the accommodations was not clear. It was in the back…down the stairs. We also didn’t know that the owners were going to be upstairs and that there were dogs in the yard. None of that was a problem but it would have been nice to know.
The house had everything we needed and it was in a great location for getting around to Estes Park, downtown and Red Rocks. Shopping is very close as well.
The bedrooms are nice and the beds are comfortable. The couch and chairs were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked.

Nice, clean, well appointed place to stay. Kitchen was fully stocked and ready for cooking all meals. Owner's communication was prompt and very detailed. Highly recommended.

We had a great time at the house. Carolyn and Russell were great hosts and so accommodating throughout our stay. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, and the location is easily accessible to the mountains and downtown Denver. We loved the hot tub and fire pit especially! I will definitely recommend this place to anyone I know coming to Denver.
