Basement level suite in Westminster’s Apple Blossom neighborhood. Located very conveniently - 30 minutes from Denver International Airport, 12-15 minutes from downtown Denver, 25 minutes to Boulder, 30 minutes from Red Rocks.
The unit is fully separated with a private entrance and egress window.
The space:
Free parking is available on the property for 1 vehicle. There is also street parking.
Full sized washer and dryer are included with detergent.
Guest access:
Feel free to use the laundry room, backyard (grill use included), and please feel free to park in the driveway.
Other things to note:
Please note there’s a low point in the ceiling (6’ height) where an air duct runs in the 2nd room with the bunk beds.
You must walk through the back bedroom to get to the bathroom and laundry room.

Perfectly located close to downtown and close to Boulder & the Red Rocks. Basement apartment with easy access. Place was clean and the beds were comfortable. Host was responsive by email & text. Only(small) issue was not having control of the AC & heater but that would not keep me from staying there again.

Vrbo may want to check with the property owners if the plug-in at the kitchen island/counter is a combination smoke

Great All-American neighborhood! Kids playing outside, parents outside working and playing with their kids. Neighborhood felt safe and family orientated.
Apple Blossom fit right in. Entry was safe, clear and easy to enter. Basement was entirely mine. Easy to get around, items very easy to use. Fireplace downstairs was nice! Bed was comfortable as well as living area. The gym I use was about two miles away so very convenient. My workplace was less that 5 miles away. I plan on staying here again in the future.
