The location was great- quiet, close to the beach and town.
The house was clean and in order.
The e-lock did not work consistently and a Vacasa employee had to give us the lock box code so we could get in. There were 2 lock boxes- when one of us tried to use the second one it fell off.
The dryer was out of order. The upstairs shower was out of order.
One twin bed was so broken that one of our friends slept on the floor instead.
There weren't enough kitchen towels(3 for four days with 10 people!).
The header in the king bedroom was torn and held together with safety pins.
The sink upstairs in the bathroom that had the non-functioning shower drained very very slowly.
These should have been fixed before we arrived.

The location was great - easy access to the beach and to downtown. The outdoor shower was great-it even gets hot water! Lots of space inside. Three bathrooms was a definite plus. Having a separate room and bathroom on the ground floor was helpful. Light switches and doors/drawers were clearly labeled. We were comfortable sleeping with the windows open. The house was clean when we arrived. I contacted the property while there and they were very responsive.
The house number is hard to see - it would help to paint it. We were somewhat disappointed - the description in the app is exaggerated. I expected the house to feel less lived-in. One of the apps said the house is ADA compliant but the kitchen is upstairs, making it inaccessible for anyone with mobility challenges. The furniture is dated and some of the chairs/seating felt wobbly and loose. We were fine and were comfortable and it served its purpose.

Good location. Three bathrooms. Downstairs furniture was comfy. Pet-friendly. Four bedrooms.
Not clean. Shabby. Cheap towels, bedding, rugs. No place for luggage. Holes in walls. So much deferred maintenance. Rats living outside.
