Whether this is your first time on the coast or you're practically a local, you will appreciate the location of this home and how easily you'll be able to explore Seaside! You're just steps from the famous Seaside Promenade, a local grocery store, and a beautiful sandy beach. From the house, it's only about to mile to downtown Seaside. If you want to practice your swing, the Seaside Golf Course is only a couple of blocks away. Take a scenic walk along the promenade and you'll find yourself in the center of all the local shops, delicious eaters, and the Seaside Aquarium! If you are feeling more adventurous, the immediate area offers biking, hiking, surfing, and fishing!
With an open floor plan and plenty of space, this beautiful home is perfect for a family retreat or a getaway with lots of friends! Make some popcorn and spend an evening having a movie night, thanks to the flatscreen TV with cable and a DVD player. With books on the shelves to borrow, a stereo, and a variety of board games, everyone will be entertained during their stay!
The fully equipped kitchen is bright and cheery, inviting the chef of the group and any helpers to easily throw together a delicious homemade meal! With five cozy bedrooms, up to 10 guests can be comfortably accommodated in this large home!
With a 52-inch flatscreen TV and DVD player, the kids will love the family room! Perfect for movie nights, board games, or just hanging out, both children and adults will be able to relax and have some fun. The grown-ups will appreciate the wet bar and the table, where you can play poker and other games. A foosball table, free WiFi, and a laundry room are provided as well!

Cozy home near beach. 2 living rooms so plenty of space for all to hang out. Well stocked kitchen. Mattresses were well worn and could use replacing but overall our stay was wonderful.

Roomy property; good for groups due to setup - "hang out living rooms" on both floors with decent TV sets. So group can all hang together or break up into separate groups. Bedrooms were nice - 2 on the first floor for those with mobility issues. 5 minute walk to beach off of U street entrance; good restaurants in walking distance. A couple things weren't working (dryer, shower in one bathroom) but I'm sure they will get fixed soon. They weren't issues for our group. I would have liked a mini-frig and toaster oven downstairs, but that's really the only thing I would have changed. Host provided excellent WiFi and Rokus (and more TVs in a couple of the bedrooms); we brought our own Rokus but nice that they are provided. We really needed a relaxing vacation near the ocean, and we got it. High marks.

House wasn't secured. Entered through an unlocked deck door. Dryer wasn't working. Shower wasn't working. No discounts given for non-working amenities. We were told we would be contacted for early check-in. We arrived at 4:09 pm. Had to call for help obtaining the door code. Otherwise the house worked well for 8 adults and 2 dogs. Close location to beach!!
