As most of the other reviewers wrote, everything at this location was great. Giannis picked my party of six up at the ferry location. This meant two trips by him, so it was above and beyond the call of duty. The apartment was quite clean, and the apartment was cleaned every couple of days to keep it that way, with trash and recycling removed, towels changed, and I think maybe even beds made. After having stayed at some pretty sketchy vacation rentals in the U.S., I must say that Greek owners hit it out of the park cleanliness-wise. We were very happy here. There was sufficient room for our family, the back patio had a nice view of the Aegean, as others have mentioned it was a short walk to the main part of town — everything was quite nice.

I can't think of anything. Maybe more ice trays? :) You know us Americans, always wanting ice.

Exceptional

Very comfortable and beautiful typical white house in front of the sea. Stunning sea view and breathtaking sunset from the balcony. Family-run apartments, Giannis in particular was very gentle, caring, helpful and loving. All necessary things were available. Daily cleaning was assured! Near the city center but away from the noise of restaurants/café. Higly recommended! We hope to come back again

Highly recommend this place!

This is a lovely place, just outside Parikia town (10min walk to the port). The apartment was spacious, with a comfortable bed and large terrace with sunset view. It was cleaned daily. The owners were super friendly and helpful. I could definitely recommend this place!

Perfect Paros Accommodation

We had a wonderful stay! Loved everything about Aigaiou Avra! The views from this accommodation are breathtaking! Thank you to Giannis our host for meeting us off the boat and the gift of a beautiful bottle of local Rosè!

Warm welcome in a quiet spot in busy Parikia

Good

The view from the room was incredible and the hosts were absolutely lovely. I arrived on the island hours before check-in and stayed a while after check-out which for both they were able to provide me a safe place to store my bags. In the room there was a chilled bottle of wine and fresh fruit upon arrival. There was a fig tree out front, which I mentioned I enjoy, and he brought me some! The pickup/drop-off with the bags was also a nice touch.

The apartment is a 15 min walk from the town, requiring you to cross the main road, then walk about half the time on an unpaved road partially lit with streetlights. There is air conditioning in the room which made it cool but not very cold.

Will not think twice in rebooking

Everything was perfect. Giannis was an amazing host and made us feel at home Great recommendations and helped us with anything. Also, the nest view possoble to the sunset, from the private patio and even from the bed!

I cannot strees how great everything was, but for anyone with difficulties moving, the roads from the center to the house can be quite difficult. Was not a problem at all for us

Beautiful view

The Appartment lies about 5 walking minutes outside of Paros and has a wonderful terrace with a great view at sea. We really enjoyed our stay and do absolutely recommend this accommodation . It has everything you need and the owners are very kind! I would suggest to rent a motorcycle which you then can directly park in front of the appartment. GTA style.

The location was perfect! Very quiet but only a short walk to the citycenter. The studio had everything you need, including a big terrace. The view is amazing, especially during senset. Giannis is a great host.

Perfect welcoming by our great host Yanis. The house is lovely with a wonderful sunset view on the terrace. Very close to Parikia town (10-15min walk or 2min with a bike) and super calm at the same time. We definitely recommand it! Thank you for everything.

Great and comfortable stay!

You feel good as soon as you step in. Great view. Big terrace and the best pillows ever (2 per person!). The beds are really good too. We were picked up and dropped off even though my friend was leaving 1 day before me. Thank you so much!

Exceptional

View and quiet location. We contacted the accomodation for a transfer. We were adviced to wait in DeFacto café, just after busstation, where we were picked up by the most friendly host Giannis. Although it seemed that the accomodation was very far from town, it took us only 10 min walking to reach the port. When you follow the path into the centre, you pass Paros family taverna. Nice place good food. Good value for money. A little bit further you walk through a small tunnel and reach the loveliest small terrace of Parikia, called Symposium. We had a very pleasant stay and the host was very friendly and helpful.

Perfect Place in Paroikia

if you are looking for the perfect place to stay in Paroikia Paros, don't go further, you've found it! The apartment has a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy the sunset. having breakfast or an aperitif looking at the Aegean Sea is wonderful. The bedroom is spacious, the beds are comfortable, there is plenty of space for your things, the kitchen is basic but well equipped, the bathroom is well laid out, the shower is very comfortable and the mirror has internal shelves, very useful. . on the terrace there is the drying rack with clothes pegs, there is air conditioning and a good wifi. To reach the center of Paroikia there is a short ten minute walk, it is perfect for enjoying the view, the tranquility and the fresh air of the wind, leaving the hustle and bustle ten minutes away. Eleni and his father were very kind and helpful, they gave us a ride from the port to the apartment and vice versa. at home we found water and house wine to welcome us. everything perfect, everything magnificent. for this reason we recommend staying here!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Giannis, qui a été un hôte vraiment exceptionnel : très gentil, disponible et toujours attentif à nos besoins tout au long du voyage. Sa maison est superbe, avec une vue imprenable, et les lieux étaient impeccablement propres. L’appartement est très bien situé : à peine 5 minutes en voiture du port, des commerces, des restaurants et de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. C’est un point de départ idéal pour explorer Paros. Tout était parfait ! Merci encore et à bientôt.

Meraviglioso

Giannis è una persona eccezionale! È super gentile e disponibile. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa, sia per l’accoglienza che per la struttura in sé. Il plus dell’appartamento è sicuramente il balcone, da cui poter godere di una vista spettacolare, soprattutto all’ora del tramonto. È vicina al porto (10 min a piedi) e ai diversi servizi (5 min a piedi). La consiglio vivamente per poter godere di questa bellissima isola!!!
