This lovely apartment is located on the first floor of the "El Datiler" complex in Denia. It\'s ideal for enjoying a vacation close to the beach and the city. It\'s a well-maintained urbanization known for its tranquility and family-friendly atmosphere.
With a surface area of 75m², it\'s distributed on a single floor. It consists of a living room with a fully equipped American kitchen, a separate laundry room, and a terrace with awnings and garden furniture, offering a well-oriented view of the Montgó National Park. It has 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, one of them with an en-suite bathroom, and the other with a double bed. A bathroom with a bathtub completes the set. In addition to the 2 lovely bedrooms, a sofa bed in the living room can accommodate an additional person.
Tourists also have shaded parking spaces within the complex.
The apartment\'s comfort is enhanced by the presence of WiFi, a DVD player, satellite TV, TNT (terrestrial digital television), and air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.

"Les Marines" is a wide golden sandy beach, protected from the crowds and perfectly maintained, offering a variety of activities for young and old.
It takes a 5-minute drive to reach the city center of Dénia, which offers many activities and a wide gastronomic selection.

El apartamento está muy bien y completo. Playa a 10 minutos andando. Como pega, el agua tiene poca presión para ducharse y las camas y almohadas son bastante incómodas.
