One of the few areas without high rise buildings in the views. Electronic gate, private safe parking . Fully equipped light open kitchen with breakfast bar for four and dining area for six, white shower room with washing machine. The second bedroom has sliding doors into the live space, black out curtains for bright morning sun. Cheery family apartment with a homely feel. Walking distance to supermarkets, patisserie and bars/restaurants. 20 mins walk to Denia centre or a few minutes by car. Great upmarket shopping, indoor/outdoor food markets, ambient "zen time" cafes and the new yacht marina complex. Denia boasts the most festivals of any spanish town, happy people who welcome children.

The property was perfect for 2 or a you family of 4 walking distance to town, local shops and beach.
Very easy to find and covered parking days.

The apartment is close to the beach and the situation is good. The neighborhood is quiet and the swimming pool is great. The apartment is good for four people but maybe a little bit old and it was not as clean as we would had liked. The bathroom was clean but other things looks like the house would was closed for a many time and nobody had checked it. Summary our experiencie was not bad, we enjoy our holidays but maybe we could be more confortable.
