THE APARTMENT IS COMPOSED OF TWO BEDROOMS, A BATHROOM, DINING ROOM, KITCHEN OPEN AND THE SAME IS COMPLETE AND A PRETTY TERRACE WITH VIEWS TO THE POOL AND GARDENS It has its own parking space just below the apartment. The fine sand beach is about 150m.
There are several types of Indian restaurants Mediterranean cuisine etcc. Cafes and supermarket.
In the months of October to June the consumption of electricity and gas is the responsibility of the lessor.

Todo estuvo muy bien y conforme al aviso. El proprietario muy atento a todo, respondiendo rapidamente a las preguntas. El departamento muy agradable, con linda terraza y cerca del mar. Regresaremos!

Wir waren im Oktober als Familie mit zwei kleinen Hunden da. Schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht und möchte. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Gepflegte Anlage, niedliche Wohnung mit viel Sonne, gute Lage, zu Fuß zum Strand und Denia City kein Problem, Auto kann man vor der Tür abstellen, sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Bernardo und Africa haben sich sehr Mühe gegeben. Trotz meinem wenigen spanisch konnten wir uns sehr gut verständigen. Wir kommen seit 17 Jahren nach Denia und hatten bisher immer Häuser in verschiedenen Lagen, aber der Aufenthalt hat uns überzeugt auch nächstes Jahr wieder eine Wohnung zu mieten. Wir bedanken uns!

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable. Nous étions 4 adultes dans l'appartement et cela s'est très passé. Emplacement idéal près de la mer au calme mais magasins et restaurants tout près. Propriétaire conciliant sur heure arrivée et départ. A refaire

La location correspond bien au descriptif, cependant la superficie 70m2 inclue la terrasse. L'appartement était propre et La résidence bien entretenue. Mais nous avons été déçu par la literie vétuste (le manque d'isolation également ,donc réveil par les voisins le soir et la nuit), et nous avons dû acheter un sèche linge car celui des propriétaires était rouillé et inutilisable. Nous l'avons dit au propriétaire le jour du départ, il ne m'a pas demandé le prix (10€)pas gêner de ne pas me rembourser, ni meme dit merci de renouveler son matériel !!! Bref loc un peu chère pour la prestation.... Dommage car l'emplacement est idéal.
