Location: the house is only 700 m from the city Denia (promenade, fish market, marina, etc). A 70 m with supermarket, bakery, newspaper, and cafes and restaurants (Rte. Indian, burger king, Galician, etc. ) Tennis club, swimming pool 200 m.
Perfect location: just 700m from the port area of Denia. Where you can visit the fish auction and buy at the fish market. Entertainment area and promenade with restaurants and variety of shops.
In the months of October to June the electricity and gas consumption will be charged to the tenant

4 x incredible restaurants within 100m. Supermarket is less than 5 min walk,the town is less than 10 min walk. EV charge point is again just across the road. Beach is blue flag and located 50m private parking well equipped apartment everything you need and more.

Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour à Denia.
L'appartement est très bien, bien décoré , confortable et propre.
Les deux terrasses sont un vrai plus!
A quelques mètres de la plage et des commodités.
Le propriétaire très gentil.
Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Un environnement très calme et familial (voie privée). Joli appartement à 50 mètres à pied de la plage Les Marines. Des hôtes très disponibles.
Quelques regrets : la climatisation partielle (dans le séjour uniquement), pas de lave-vaisselle et une connexion wi-fi très lente....
