Perfect location: just 700m from the port area of Denia. Where you can visit the fish auction and buy at the fish market. Entertainment area and promenade with restaurants and variety of shops.
In the months of October to June the electricity and gas consumption will be charged to the tenant

The apartment was absolutely immaculate: modern, clean and bright and full of light. It was comfortable and well equipped. The setting is peaceful. We really loved being a minute away from the beach, and went there twice most days. There are lots of good restaurants within walking distance and walking into Denia itself is easy. There is also a supermarket just across the road, which was very convenient. Our hosts were friendly and communicative, any enquiries were responded to very quickly. We had a wonderful week at the apartment and would happily stay here again.

Beautiful casita and loved the very close and easy beach access. Walking distance to some great and affordable restaurants. The host was very attentive. It was a great stay with my young kids.

Great appartment with excellent location, very well looked after by owner Bernardo, who was very helpfull and cared about us a lot.As a surprise the apartment got cleaned every 3 weeks, which was great.We loved it and will be back. Gracias

Un environnement très calme et familial (voie privée). Joli appartement à 50 mètres à pied de la plage Les Marines. Des hôtes très disponibles.
Quelques regrets : la climatisation partielle (dans le séjour uniquement), pas de lave-vaisselle et une connexion wi-fi très lente....
