About this villa rental
Costa Blanca, near Gata de Gorgos, Denia, Javea, Calpe, Benidorm, Altea, Moraira... The 'villa Estrella de Mar' for 6 people with private pool (possibility of heating in the mid-season) and outdoor shower. Located in a quiet neighborhood with every comfort, sea and mountain views (Montgo). Centrally located for excursions and walks. The private garden is completely fenced, there are several terraces, also a covered terrace and fixed BBQ. The terraces are all south-facing. In the spring and autumn this gives an extra summer feeling. Ideal for the winter!
TV with satellite with free use of TV-Vlaanderen card and ChromeCast.
Contact person on site, speaks several languages.
Pets allowed with a supplement.
Bed linen, bath linen and kitchen linen (excluding beach towels) = 2€/night/person. If you do not wish this, it will be removed from the quotation.
CONSUMPTION (water, gas and electricity): We use meter reading with invoice prices. After the stay, the amount will be deducted from the deposit.
In the long term we ask for an advance.

Large shopping center with eateries, shops of well-known brands at about 5 km. Supermarkets in the vicinity. 2km.
The house is 10 km from the sea towards Denia or Javea. Several attractions nearby. Beautiful walking routes by the sea and in the mountains.
Airports: Alicante and Valencia (both 99 km from the house).
Owning a car is necessary.

We were lucky to have stayed at the villa for the whole month in September. We had such a great time. Lovely area with some gorgeous places to explore. The villa was clean well equipped and comfortable. The view of the mountain was really spectacular. The pool and garden are very well kept. Lovely place to relax with plenty of shade if needed. We had our little dogs with us, so it was important that the garden was enclosed. Fernando, the pool guy, was very friendly and helpful. We were very sad to leave but have booked a return visit next year. Great communication with the owners. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your wonderful villa.

This property is exactly as it appears in the photos. The house is lovely and spacious and very clean. The owner is very organised and furnished clear instructions on the location, contact details of the property manager, check in and check out process. The location is lovely, at the top of a hill, while still only 15 minutes from the beach by car. A car is a must but there is lots to explore in the area and so well worth having one at your disposal.

we chose this villa particularly for its shallow end in the pool because of her two young children 7 and 8 years old. there is a wood burning stove and outdoor barbecue area which was excellent although we didn't need the stove at all. Cooking facilities are very good although was unsure about which setting was for the oven on the cooker. Have to pay extra for bed linen and sheets, not expensive at €1 per day per person.
one piece of advice to the property owner would be to change pillows or provides an additional pillows because the ones that are there extremely soft and I ended up with a sore back and shoulders most evenings.
outdoor shower is an excellent facility to have, it is cold water only so beware, lol. But great for washing the chlorine water off after a dip in the pool.
would be nice to have a few more TV channels other than that you only, as with kids in the evening if you're not going out it's nice to put something on for the family to watch. Luckily we had our Chromecast with us which we could connect the TV to the Wi-Fi and keep the kids entertained in the evenings when we stayed in.
all in all a highly enjoyable experience, far better than a hotel and look forward to renting here again in the future.
