De lokatie, dicht bij strand en winkels en eigen parkeerplek in de schaduw

A unica mais valia deste apartamento é apenas a sua localização. O interior da vila Palmelra e as suas comodidades sao bastante mediocres..
A vivenda Palmera é uma casa antiquada, com pouco sentido de conforto. Nao ha AC nos quartos, as cabeceiras estao soltas e fazem barulho na parede quamdo a cama abana, os colchoes sao fracos e percebe-se que foram baratos.. nao havia toalhas de banho extra, nao havia pano de maos na cozinha.. a casa precisa ser pintada e tapar as rachas.
