300 meters to the best beach in Denia, just 2 kms to city center, all utilities nearby and easily accessible!

3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, satellite TV, fans, all garden furniture, beds with luxury editions, 2 bikes, towels, bed linen, washing machine, electric appliances, wall cabinets, upstairs balcony provide an all-round holiday feeling!
The house is situated in a peaceful and well maintained urbanisation.
Fans provide cooling and make a unecological and inaccurate air conditioning unnecessary.

If desired, all bedrooms can be closed with opaque window shutters and grilles!
I myself am an animal lover, but unfortunately pets are not allowed.

The house was like a home-away-from-home. Everything we needed was there. The urba was well maintained with beautiful palm trees and gardens. The swimming pool was wonderful and a sandy beach was less than a five minutes walk down a sweet little pathway. There was a supermarket and restaurants very close by. We were a small family - just a mother and her two daughters - and the area felt very safe and peaceful. The cottage was spacious and there was room for everyone. We loved our stay! Thank you!

Even in September in Denia is still possible to bathe and sunbathe all day. In this area very good, the house is big and spacious and provides you with everything you need. Ulrike was great, she helped us with some questions and provided us with insider knowledge about restaurants and shops. Really awesome and very charming, great place to be!
