So nice!! And an ACTUAL king size bed! The staff was excellent - they carried our luggage up the stairs and checked in during our stay.
The only consideration for future traveler is the 3 flights of stairs - we had a member in our group with limited mobility and I should have checked that before booking.

The location was excellent.
There was no mention of the balcony being up a very step set of stairs and then climbing out a window to get to it.
We were there 5 nights and only used it once as the stairs were to steep.
