We had the best time in this gorgeous hotel! We upgraded to the room with a jacuzzi and it was absolutely beautiful. The room had everything we needed; it was spacious, clean and the staff were absolutely wonderful. The building is so close to the warf and central - super close to everything you need in the main city centre. We were also greeted with delicious cocktails upon our arrival, we were given information by the host about things to explore in Naxos which made our holiday smooth, fun and exciting. I cannot thank the hosts enough for their wonderful service, and the room they arranged for us which was the best room I have ever stayed in my life. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our stay in Naxos so wonderful. If anyone wants to book a convenient, clean, and charming place in Naxos with wonderful hosts that will help you with anything you need during your stay, this hotel is the one you must book!

It’s perfectly located close to restaurants, supermarkets, port and attractions.
The owner was not responsive, emails went unanswered for days. My room had no toilet paper when I arrived, however TWO days into my stay… a gentleman knocked on my door in the night and handed me two rolls… by then I had already bought some from the supermarket. This was annoying and ruined my stay. The towels were also never switched out, I had the same towels 4 days in a row. The last straw for me was them sending me receipts typed in Greek, I requested that they email me an English receipt so I can understand the breakdown of my payment but never received any. This wasn’t a cheap hotel therefore its very disappointing when you get mediocre service . I don’t recommend this place
