Charming, Central, Clean with Wonderful Hosts

We had the best time in this gorgeous hotel! We upgraded to the room with a jacuzzi and it was absolutely beautiful. The room had everything we needed; it was spacious, clean and the staff were absolutely wonderful. The building is so close to the warf and central - super close to everything you need in the main city centre. We were also greeted with delicious cocktails upon our arrival, we were given information by the host about things to explore in Naxos which made our holiday smooth, fun and exciting. I cannot thank the hosts enough for their wonderful service, and the room they arranged for us which was the best room I have ever stayed in my life. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our stay in Naxos so wonderful. If anyone wants to book a convenient, clean, and charming place in Naxos with wonderful hosts that will help you with anything you need during your stay, this hotel is the one you must book!

Not recommended plenty of other places in this town

Location

When I went to make payment to them they suggested I pay cash for a 10 percent discount when I declined and said use my card on booking.com they then charged me in USD which was 42 dollars higher than the Booking.com rate and when I asked them why they charged my card in USD without asking me and not Euro he stated he didn’t want to pay the commission and that I should pay. I would not stay again ALSO THE ROOM IS LIKE A STEAM ROOM BECAUSE OF THE HOTTUB AND SMELLS OF CHLORINE.

Not Happy

It’s perfectly located close to restaurants, supermarkets, port and attractions.

The owner was not responsive, emails went unanswered for days. My room had no toilet paper when I arrived, however TWO days into my stay… a gentleman knocked on my door in the night and handed me two rolls… by then I had already bought some from the supermarket. This was annoying and ruined my stay. The towels were also never switched out, I had the same towels 4 days in a row. The last straw for me was them sending me receipts typed in Greek, I requested that they email me an English receipt so I can understand the breakdown of my payment but never received any. This wasn’t a cheap hotel therefore its very disappointing when you get mediocre service . I don’t recommend this place

Luxurious hotel with an authentic greek feeling , it was exactly what we needed for having a great experience on Naxos …….. plus the location is very near to the old port and a really nice golf beach …. And the jacuzzi after the beach is priceless …. Really we loved it

The room was absolutely stunning, it had excellent facilities in the room and the jacuzzi was very comfortable for 2 people. The owners were incredible. They gave us an upgrade and let us stay well past the normal check out time because we had a ferry later in the day. It's the little things like that that make the stay so much more amazing.

We had a great stay at Euphoria Downtown. Marina was a wonderful host who gave us lots of tips about Naxos. The room is very comfortable and spacious and beautifully designed. Would love to stay there again!

A gem at Naxos Chora

Everything was nice. Very beautiful apartment in the heart of Naxos city. The stuff was very very helpful. They helped us a lot with their recommendations and they also found us a car after a problem that we faced with a rental company!

The bed was a bit soft for my taste but my girlfriend liked it. This is subjective. The jacuzzi was nice but not very strong. I would expect a small welcoming gift. We arrived on the afternoon, it was very hot outside and there was not even a bottle of water in the fridge.

Luxe Retreat Near Waterfront Restaurants

Marina, the manager, was attentive and knowledgeable! I wish I could steal her to work for us. She is so welcoming. The shower is one-of-a-kind, and I haven’t even seen anything as incredible at a four-star spa. Definitely buy body scrubs and masks when exploring the local shops so you can spa yourself up and hang out in it. The hotel is nearby where you can get a transport rental (more options with an International Drivers License) to explore the island and beaches.

Wish indoor hottub could go hotter, but still completely fabulous as an in-room plunge pool you can watch TV from (very large and relaxing)

Hosts were very accomodating and helpful to get checked in. When we got lost in Naxos, our host came on a motorbike to come find us and lead us to the property. Wonderful! The suite was beautiful, clean, and the location was great. The location was central and convenient, close to lots of nice shops. The walk to the main harbor area was not far at all. The hosts gave us a complementary upgrade to a nicer suite, which was even better!
