Great location and nice apartment, very hard uncomfortable bed.

Big, clean apartment with a nice balcony, great location.

Bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable and the first night we were not given a blanket. Sound isolation wasn’t great and as we were slightly below ground we could hear people moving around above early in the morning. Shower was very leaky although it had great pressure and plenty of hot water.

Spaciousness and cleanliness of our room. Also close to beach, port and shops and restaurants. Our host recommended restaurants, hill villages and beaches to visit on Naxos which we did - all were great!

Great choice in Naxos

Ideal location, very short walk (maybe 3-4 minutes) to a nice beach and also a very short walk (5-7 minutes) to the main promenade. The ferry port and public bus stop next to it are about 15-17 minutes walking- no need for a taxi or bus. The apartment is spacious and has two balconies along with a kitchenette. We were there as a family of 4 including two teens- the couch in the main room opens up into two single beds that were fine. Both rooms have a well-functioning air conditioning unit. Everything is very clean, and they remove the trash each day. The owner, Vasilis, is very communicative and helpful if you have any questions on Whatsapp. Also, and this is not the fault of this property, but I received a phishing message through booking.com asking to pay in advance for this property- fortunately Vasilis caught it and sent a message saying not to pay, that it wasn't from him.

Everything was GREAT, but if you are a bigger person, the shower chamber may be a little tight.

The property was beautifully decorated, spacious and had excellent facilities. We were greeted by Vasillius who gave us a tour of the room and was very flexible with our check in time. He even sent recommendations for local food and drinks which was great’

Excellent Apartment

Excellent apartment, host was very helpful with early check-in and arranging a taxi for our departure. The location is excellent, 3 minutes walk to the beach. Daily cleaning. Could not have asked for better. Will definitely return.

Room was very spacious and clean. Apartments are in a good location. Great Find for Naxos. Really modern and great facilities.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable for us as we prefer soft beds but that’s personal preference. We could hear everything from apartments beside and upstairs. This was only really an issue though when apartment beside was checking out at 7.30 am

Awesome and relaxing stay!

Comfortable, spacious and very clean. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Daily cleaning was included which made coming home after a beach day so much better!

A microwave would have been ideal, but the apartment has a stove and a fridge with all the basic utensils needed which is great!

Great location. Spotless. Lovely area - we had an apartment, which was very spacious. Everything is to a very high standard.

The location was noisy - not Ormos’ fault, it was the location. The basement rooms - while super spacious - offer little privacy. I would try for a higher level room next time.

Very fresh apartment with two large rooms also for 4 adults, Fantastic position between the beach and the Chora center, amazing cleaness with bed blankets and towells changed every 2 days, host very nice and available for infos and needs.

Excellent location and amenities, Vasilis the host was SO helpful, the room was serviced every day and kept clean, loved sitting on the balcony and relaxing.

no blankets (only sheets) on the bed - we weren't cold but find blankets more comfortable.

A solid stay with a great location to explore Naxos from.

The apartment is comfortable and is very close to the beach and the rest of downtown, yet remained quite quiet inside.

While the apartment was fairly well stocked, it would have been nice if it included beach towels. Sometimes the airconditioner took a little while to cool the room but it always cooled down eventually.

High spec, stylish accommodation.

This is high spec, top class accommodation with real attention to detail. All the furniture and fittings are high quality; the bed is comfortable with quality pillow and mattress protectors, the towels are fluffy, the balcony furniture is comfortable. The bathroom has a proper shower door so no floods, the products provided are natural - olive and fig and again high standard. The owner is very attentive- he responds immediately to messages and very quickly fixed a problem with the air con. The decor is well thought out - clean, stylish with some lovely touches.

Nothing - we would go back tomorrow. We highly recommend this place.

Nice and Modern

This apartment is nice and modern. Vasilis is a cool guy. He gave us lots of tips and even a map of Naxos. The cleaning lady was exceptional. The location was really good, just a small walk to the Agios Georgios beach, many restaurants, bakeries, car and or quad rental places and more. We could easily walk to the bus stop to get the bus for the other beaches like Agios Prokopios and Plaka. We rented a car for only 2 out of 6 days. We really enjoyed our stay in Naxos!!

Not too sure about the "soundproof" quality of this place. We were worried our toddler would wake up when we put her to bed at 8pm. She didn't. Plus, the whole place gets quiet between 10-11pm. Keep in mind the kitchenette is just a kitchenette, think pasta preparation and breakfast items.

Nice room with balcony

We loved the location as it was just outside the main area (old town) but still within walking distance to everything and the restaurants around us were amazing! Loved having a balcony and the window shutters completely block out the light for a great sleep. Shower pressure was fantastic. Vasilis was helpful and easy to contact via WhatsApp and allowed us to stay an extra day due to a late ferry.

It was quite loud at times due to the people staying in neighbouring rooms but that can’t be helped!

Big room, spacious and modern. We had all the things we needed and the kitchen was equipped with the necessities (plates, cups, cutlery, etc). We had a nice balcony also. The host was very friendly and helpful, gave us some tips for the island and restaurants/bars, which was very useful. The location is close to the beach and to many restaurants, so easy to make your way around.

Great location just a couple minutes to the beach and 5 min to the center. Spacious room, clean, fully equipped with whatever you may need (and if you need something else you can always ask), nice toiletries. Vasilis is a very nice and helpful host (sorry for the mess we left)

Superb

The location is great, very clean and overall a good stay.

It would have been a nice touch to have the basics in the kitchenette, and with the basics I mean salt and sugar. You don't expect to go on vacation and bring those items with you and some sugar sachets would have saved the situation. Also the last night was horrible in terms of noise. I know its not the properties fault but the door slamming and the dish washing and the kids laud talking at 12 in the night was pretty bad. If you are a tourist, please be mindful and act with more respect since this is a shared complex and the walls are quite thin.
