One of the best villa in ubud

I like everything. We stayed here for 4 nights. Everything was clean! They fix our room every day, help when we need something and very friendly staff. They have a small restaurant and you can eat there especially when you’re tired to go out. We loved their food! The pool is always cleaned and very quiet place. There are some imperfections about the walls but it doesn’t make any problems! No insects inside the room (unlike the other hostels/villa that I saw online, I guess) Water heater, toiletries and hair dryer! They will replenish it every day when it finish. The bathtub with the view is amazing. It’s near to everything in ubud. It’s far if you’re going outside ubud but it’s not a problem since we have tours and we booked Grab bike to avoid traffic. But the place is amazing! Booked 2 rooms and it’s worth every money. We will definitely come back here 🥰🥰🥰 We had little rest due to our jam packed tours per day, but going home to rest in this place was great! It’s far from some places but it’s like that. You can’t be near to each city 🤣 But it was never an issue. They even took us from the airport (free because we booked 2 rooms and It’s a promo from booking.com) 1 hour from airport tho, and they waited for us because we arrived at midnight. 🥹 It’s very good for its price for short and long stays! Thanks for taking care of us. We love indonesia 🥰🥰

Relaxing, warm and authentic

Green Sala provided a warmth I cannot explain. The staff were very friendly, available on need and assisted with every request we had. The rooms were spacious, the bed large and warm and the bathroom large. Hot water was always available and the proximity of the pool to the rooms was lovely. The breakfast options were wonderful, I especially loved the sourdough bread and the homemade juice. Best part, the cafe overlooks a rice paddy and there were lots of ducks around during the morning hours. If you're looking for a quiet, serene place, spacious, with good food and service, Grenn Sala is the place. The villa also assisted us in getting out tour guide, Dewa, who was wonderful and helped us learn a lot on the culture and customs in Bali. It was a wonderful experience for us and we look forward to visiting again.

The villa is super quiet, with only a few cars driving by during the day. It is super clean and the hosts are fantastic, always super nice, providing tips, helping where they can. My stay was great.

Amazing staff, great room, worth the money.

The room was wonderful. The open-concept room with the bathtub overlooking greenery was a great touch. Bed was comfortable, the tv was large and on a swivel mount, and there was plenty of space. There was a bench and table on the balcony for breakfast in the morning as well. Staff was very kind and incredibly helpful - we have been backpacking for 5 months and this was our first stay specifically to relax and re-energize. We changed our dates, used the laundry service, inquired about scooter rentals, used the room service, and the staff always tried to help us however they could. They made the stay worth it, and we felt so comfortable the entire time.

Location is a bit far from Ubud - about 10 minutes to Grab Bike in. The ants get in as the rooms are semi-open to the outside. Many roosters around and let me tell you, roosters just give 'er all day and they start early. Facilities could be slightly cleaner.

Friendly, clean and tasty stay accompanied by amazing views

The room was very clean, breakfast (served on the balcony) had a lot of choice (and was pretty good size), highly recommend the omelette, smoothie bowl and pancakes + their coffee is very rich and tasty. The staff spoke really good English, was always helpful and kind, when we arrived our plane was late and someone stayed up waiting for us with our room key. Their restaurant menu for dinner is also very good value for money. We asked for laundry and it all came back fresh and clean, would highly recommend. A highlight is the view from the hotel, looking over coconut trees and rice fields. We also got 2 large bottles of water each day which was a plus. Would 100% come back!!!

Location is ok, it seemed pretty difficult to drive to by bike when you are a fresh starter, but with some bravery it is possible (we personally never drove a scooter there). Nothing that they could change :)

AC wasnt strong enough to cool the room so it was quite hot and humid from time to time, pool area is infested with worms but cant blame the hotel for that, pool could be little bit cleaner.

Cosy and modern stay with private athmosphere

Really loved the vibe and location. Modern rooms with tasteful interior. Lovely bath tub in the room. But the highlight were the guys Wayan and kudun from reception. Can't wait to see them again!

Quiet away from the madness

Our room was huge with a massive balcony. The pool is great and was a lovely place to chill before going into Ubud to explore. The breakfast is very good, very tasty and cooked well and when we left early they made us a packed breakfast which was a lovely touch. :)

The hotel is in the countryside and I wouldn’t recommend walking to Ubud, but with a grab you can get there pretty easy with no traffic. The hotel didn’t really recommend or explain anything about Ubud which would have been a nice touch.

Great place just needs a few tweaks

Staff were really helpful and friendly. Room service on time each morning for breakfast.

The bed was a bit hard and the room had a bit of a smell which we attributed to the building happening on site. Shower drainage didn't work properly so we had to shower in intervals so the water doesn't spill and the toilet would not flush on our first day but the friendly staff came and fixed that. We then did not have a problem.

Room was very large and clean. Nice decor and comfortable bed.

Having workmen outside my window working on a new bungalow. The staff checking me in told me to shut my curtains, which defeats the purpose of staying out of town near ricefields. TV wasn't connected - no use having a flatscreen in the room if it's not connected. Wifi didn't work on my second day. Location was further out of town than I expected and scootering into town in the rain was difficult. There was only one restaurant within walking distance serving very basic food.

I don’t think I would recommend to anyone to be honest out of the 6 hotels / villas we stayed in this was by far the

-location was ok - bed was comfy - water for shower was hot - breakfast was alright

- wifi was Meady - tv didn’t work / no channels were good - so many bugs in the room and coming up from the shower - the sliding door doesn’t close properly so small insects and bugs could get through the top, bottom and sides of the door quite uncomfortable

The hotel was in a great location. About 15 minute drive away from Ubud centre. Our room was very spacious and nice. One of the nicer hotels I have stayed at for a while. The staff were all really friendly and helpful.

You do see the occassional bug in your room.
