About this villa rental
Stay at this Villa, only 15 minutes driving away from Faro airport. With beautiful gardens and views of the surrounding hills, this is a truly tranquil place. Two comfortable bedrooms, one ensuite, and a further bathroom, all situated on the ground floor, can accommodate a maximum of 4 people, perfect for two couples or a family. There is an open plan living space with a kitchen, dining area, and a living area with a smart TV and a DVD. WI-FI is also available. The newly fully fitted kitchen has a built-in oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, and also an American fridge/freezer with water dispenser and ice making facility. A kettle, toaster, and coffee maker are also available. There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. All rooms have air conditioning for both cooling and heating. The outside space has a 10m x 5m private pool located in a south-west facing terrace. There are four sun loungers with pool towels, two sun umbrellas, and a dining area. The covered terrace has comfortable furniture for relaxing. Some of the most beautiful beaches and golf courses in the Algarve are just 15 km away.
*There is an upstairs private and closed area that does not form part of the rental and will never be occupied whilst guests are staying at the villa*.

We have used Vrbo / owners direct for years and never had a bad villa, but this is probably the best one we have stayed in. The bathrooms have all been updated to a high standard and the swimming pool is great. Being ultra critical, the kitchen could probably do with updating at some point, but let’s face it you don’t go on holiday to be stuck in the kitchen. The only down point was the confirmation from Belvilla gave us details on how to get the key but these were well out of date and despite contacting them they didn’t seem to grasp this. However Fatima, the property manager, contacted us two days before departure with all of the correct information plus recommending local restaurants and supermarkets.

We had a great week in this villa, the place has recently benefited from both inside and outside refurbishments. The kitchen was original but functional and once that is upgraded would make the villa perfect.
Fatima was excellent with all communications and details regarding our stay.
We hope to return soon..

Property is lovely, it was spotless, very well furnished with everything you need for your stay and the property manager was very nice and helpful.
We would definitely stay again, but would recommend that the owners update the the cooker which is very old and repair the washing machine which leaks.
A car is essential if you rent this property and the unfinished road is a challenge so we would recommend hiring a 4x4 .

Wir haben wunderbare Tage in der Gegend um Faro, insbesondere im reizvollen Hinterland verbracht. Das großzügige Anwesen liegt zentral zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten und doch weit entfernt von jeglichem Durchgangsverkehr, eigentlich ideal. Es versprüht den Charme vergangener Tage, bietet ausreichend Platz für zwei Personen, mehrere Terrassen, lebhafte Nachbarn mit anregender lateinamerikanischer Musik und kleinen Hunden, die auch schon mal auf sich aufmerksam machen. Musik - und Tierliebhaber kommen hier voll auf ihre Kosten.
Bei gutem Wetter konnten wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs sein und haben die reizvolle Gartenanlage gar nicht richtig nutzen können.
