La proximité du Vieux Québec, on fait tout à pied. L'appartement est moderne, lumineux agréable, très bien équipé. Personnel très aimable sur place.

Séjour légèrement bruyant en raison de la proximité de la route, ce qui peut être gênant si une personne dort dans le canapé.

Super bien équipé. proche de tout, commerces, épicerie, restaurants et vieux-québec

avoir plusieurs clés d'accès (puces) lorsque plusieurs adultes. Un dépôt pourrait être donné.

Belle appartement de bonne grandeur. Bien meublé, beaucoup d'accessoirs de cuisine. Excellente position géographique, à 2 coins de rue du vieux Québec.

Ventilation trop forte sans aucun control. Lits inconfortable. Une seule puce pour entrer dans le bâtiment. Personnel à l'accueuil pas toujours présent.

The location was good albeit noisy. Sitting right outside of the walls of old Quebec, it was a quick walk into town but definitely more of a city vibe than a quaint Quebec street. This particular apartment (309) had a nice view and a nice living room area and kitchen. We were on the third floor, however. Don't know if this is true for other apartments. We were moved from 209 to 309 before arriving due to some unforeseen "problems" with the apartment.

The coffee pot had mold growing inside of it and it obviously hadn't been cleaned it what must have been weeks. The washing machine did not work, and we unexpectedly had no water for almost an entire day because the garage was being power washed. Also, there was some sort of water control system that had to constantly be reset to get the water working (when there was pressure). There was very little room for clothing/luggage outside of two large closets. They also give you only two key cards for the apartment and one fob to enter the building. We were three people so we constantly had to manage who had what keys. Also, if you arrive later than 10pm when the front desk person leaves for the night - you're screwed unless you pay an hourly fee for them to stay longer to wait on you. They gave us a $35 refund for our troubles. I was incredibly disappointed with the service.
