La proximité du Vieux Québec, on fait tout à pied. L'appartement est moderne, lumineux agréable, très bien équipé. Personnel très aimable sur place.

Séjour légèrement bruyant en raison de la proximité de la route, ce qui peut être gênant si une personne dort dans le canapé.

Super bien équipé. proche de tout, commerces, épicerie, restaurants et vieux-québec

avoir plusieurs clés d'accès (puces) lorsque plusieurs adultes. Un dépôt pourrait être donné.

Belle appartement de bonne grandeur. Bien meublé, beaucoup d'accessoirs de cuisine. Excellente position géographique, à 2 coins de rue du vieux Québec.

Ventilation trop forte sans aucun control. Lits inconfortable. Une seule puce pour entrer dans le bâtiment. Personnel à l'accueuil pas toujours présent.

It was a great location. The living room and kitchen were nice and comfy. There is always someone at the reception desk during the day and they are very responsive and very nice. I appreciated that.

One sofa was stained. The owner had a fire TV. It was locked, so there was no way to access the different streaming apps that were loaded onto it. All of them required a password from the owner. when I complained , the owner said he couldn’t unlock it and just said “sorry” he said to use a cable to attach my phone to it, but I did not travel with an assortment of cables and certainly didn’t travel with one that was HDMI so it was very annoying. He then was unresponsive when I said that and asked him to provide a cable. Also, there is no booklet explaining different things about the apartment and how they worked so it took us a while to figure out the dishwasher. It didn’t explain anything about the amenities of the building or anything else, which are usually found in short-term rentals . A minor point but that along with everything else just suggest a place that’s not cared for. Our first morning we woke up with absolutely no water. We had to go out to find a bathroom and get coffee when we came back. We were told that it was a malfunction with our water heater and it just needed to be reset—that that happens occasionally. I wish we had been warned about that. I believe there are many apartments in the building that are rented as short term and presumably a lot of the other ones are very nice.
