A great value stay that is safe, clean and comfortable in the middle of Old Oliwa.

It’s conformable and central Oliwa property right opposite Park Oliwski. The rooms are just a one floor worth with a shared kitchen. Rooms have a good hotel standards that feels more then the 3 stars it has. The middle floor is a gallery that is free to roam. Each floor has a cosy veranda with sofas. Ground floor has an arty courtyard, stage and a restaurant. You get 20% off if you can show your booking sms. Breakfast is served in a cafe in the building next door.

If you like staff / a reception- this is not for you.

room perfectly adapted for a person in a wheelchair and team particularly attentive to my disability

Very spacious room for me, who uses an electric wheelchair. Thank you to the staff for preparing the room as requested by putting the two beds together. And also for being there as requested to help me carry my luggage. They also provided a parking space right next door, making it easier for me in a wheelchair.

The bed was a bit low, difficult for me as a disabled person. Nothing else

Amazing stay in Oliwa

The place is super clean - I have seen them clean the carpets with professional detergents and vacuums. The premises are squicky clean and well equipped. The rooms have the AC in case it's hot and blankets in case it's cold. Everything smells fresh and feels crisp. The beds are comfortable, and additional pillows are available. No reception but a key code you receive works for all the entrances and your room. The kitchen is super-well organised with a big fridge, free tea, coffee, sugar and spices. The building is actually a city hall and features art exhibitions and a restaurant. The location is within a walking distance from the SKM train that will take you to other parts of the city or other cities. 11/10 recommendation!

Great location and overall a pleasant stay, despite some limitations with breakfast.

The location was excellent — very central and within walking distance of everything I needed. However, I couldn’t try the breakfast because the restaurant only opened at 9:00 AM, and that didn’t fit my schedule. Also, breakfast was not included in the booking and had to be paid separately, which was a bit disappointing.

It would have been better if breakfast was included or at least clearly mentioned in the booking that it was not. Also, opening the restaurant only at 9:00 AM is not very convenient for guests who need to leave early.

Positive experience!

Everything was great and we were completely satisfied with the hotel. The staff was friendly and very responsive. We had to check-in very late, but received all the necessary instructions on time and did not have any difficulties. The room was small but clean and cozy. The breakfast was pretty good and tasty as well. So, the hotel definetly worth for money spent and could be recommended for sure.

There were a minor issue with water in the morning at the building, where breakfast must be served, but the staff arranged breakfast at the other facility very quickly and professionally. Thus, that was not an issue at all.

I come late in the evening, actually for a few hours stay before next step of travel. WATER !!! it's difficult and expensive to put a welcome bottles of water instead of empty glass ?

I really liked this hotel.

The location was perfect--in the middle of town.And breakfests were very big and tasty.I liked staing there.

It was only 1 thing what I missed there--the small bottles of shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom.

Free wifi

Triple room is not triple room. It’s twin room with very uncomfortable extra bed which has wheels. Very small room. Dirty - you can find other customers stuff and rubbish under the beds. Couldn’t sleep at all because there was a loud annoying noise of the ventilation which comes from outside because of the restaurants. Unfriendly staff in the breakfast bistroo - this isn’t even in the same building. I booked room with breakfast and had to argued with the personal in the morning. Don’t recommend this place at all. Parking in the streets costs extra. Owner of the place seems to collect credit cards details as well because she couldn’t charge from 2 cards - other places did it without any problems.

Really tasty breakfast Good location

The staff from breakfast wasn't so friendly, they were so serious and gave us the sensation of attending to a funeral rather than a beautiful morning day. The music was to loud and inadequate for a breakfast morning. Both beds from Room Nr 5 creaked when one was climbing, moving or descending. We couldn't sleep at all.

Clean, modern and spacious room. Very nice located in Olive opposite the park. Three cities and beaches easy to reach bei Tram or Train. Train station within 10min walk. Absolutely fair priced. Would book again.

New - the room was renovated, all the furniture was quite new. Artistic - it's worth a separate notice to mention that when you live in Ratusz BB you basically live in a gallery: statues, paintings, canvases, statues, photographs are everywhere: from restaurant downstairs, backyard through steercase, corridor and to your room (including it). The restaurant downstairs is called "Tu Można Marzyć by Tomasz Deker" - "You Can Dream Here". Service - despite there is no physical administration present, the waiters in the restaurant downstairs are super friendly. Rooms are cleaned upon request. Sustainability - the first place in Poland where we've found the waste recycling fascilities. Things like fridge, iron, kettle are available for shared use of all Ratuzs BB guests. Community - there is a gallery on a ground floor, related events happening in the backyard of the building. There is a shared terrace for all guests on 2nd floor.

The place is located a bit far away from the centre of Gdansk (10km - about 20min car ride) and ~3. 5km from the beach (10min ride or 45min walk if you're up to). However there is a huge park nearby, if you like chilling and walking (e. g. with kids), you may enjoy the well-maintained greenery, calm ponds and feed the ducks. The room was not spotlessly clean, but obviously cleaned (e. g. there was someone else's hair on a wall in a shower, tiny remains of cleansing liquid in the sink, some dust in a narrow corner of a shower, one of the four glasses was foamy when used for a first time), everything in a room was quite new and renovated, so it was not disturbing. That are all the things that you don't see from the first sight, but when you stay in the room for a longer while. Bedroom was perfectly clean and tidy. One of the guests felt insecure as all the doors are locked with a pin code. The windows were not too big. There was no parking assigned to the property, but we've parked our car in a free parking just by our windows anyway (as mentioned, this area of the city is not too busy).
