Поистине магические матрасы (мягкие и удобные, никогда в жизни настолько хорошо не спали), полное и исправное оснащение (посуда вплоть до сервиза, абсолютно вся возможная бытовая химия, мебель и техника от пылесоса, утюга и микроволновки до посудомоечной машины и аппарата для газирования воды), замечательная терраса с защитой от голубей, бесплатный паркинг перед домом с доступными местами, удобное расположение относительно транспорта (Krowodrza Górka P+R) и магазинов/фастфуда (Żabka, Biedronka, McDonald’s, Subway), стиральная машина работала безупречно, в ванной были стиральный порошок, мыло, шампунь, гель для душа и множество других нужных вещей. На кухне гостей ждёт стойка с вином как приятный комплимент. Отдельно стоит отметить очень приятную и конкуретную цену, доброжелательных владельцев на связи, готовых помочь с любой проблемой, тишину, приветливых вахтёров и соседей.
Исключительно мелкие детали - от пылесоса слегка пахло сыростью, а в некоторых местах квартиры не всегда работал интернет
