Nowoczesne mieszkanie w bloku, miejsce parkingowe w parkingu podziemnym. Ekspres na kapsułki (chociaż w apartamencie były niepasujące totego modelu), herbata, kawa rozpuszczalna, fajne książki, Netflix. Blisko sklepy spożywcze (nawet pod oknem Żabka)
Nie wiem po co ta mylna nazwa i skąd się wzięła, bo do Bramy Floriańskiej jest 3 km. Za to blisko są tory i trochę hałasujące pociągi. Nie co dziwny jest wjazd na parking podziemny i przejazd przez szlaban, ale to kwestia przyzwyczajenia. Jest to osiedle, więc rano bywa trochę głośniej (śmieciarki, pociągi, samoloty). Mieliśmy problem z górnym zamkiem w drzwiach, ale jest też dolny
