Lokalizacja, udogodnienia w pokoju (TV, naprawdę szybki internet, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia)
Bardzo słaby i utrudniony kontakt z obsługą obiektu (dramat - przy próbie zgłoszenia problemu - tzn. brak dostepu do garażu, który był w ofercie - zostałem po prostu "olany" co naraziło mnie na dodatkowe koszty płatnego parkingu na ulicy - kto zwróci opłaty ? pewnie nikt), duży hałas z ulicy (przy otwartych oknach), brak klimatyzacji (gorąco).

Mieszkanie ładne urządzone, super balkon z widokiem. Na duży plus również miejsce w parkingu podziemnym. W pobliżu sklepy spożywcze, przystanki tramwajowe i autobusowe.
Na wejściu ślady butów w korytarzu. Nie wiem z czego wynikał problem, ale zdarzały się braki w dostępie do ciepłej wody (w godzinach porannych woda potrafiła być letnia).

Ligging vlakbij centrum, supermarkt naast ons, parkeergarage voor de auto, modern appartement.
Bedden voor ons iets aan zachte kant, voor een ander kan het wel goed zijn. Geen vaatdoekje, theedoek aanwezig voor schoonmaken/afdrogen. Geen grote dingen maar wil ik wel vermelden.
