Świetna lokalizacja dla posiadaczy psow. Z bloku wychodzi sie wprost do parku, a 15min spacerkiem znajduje sie jeszcze wiekszy park. Restauracje, sklepy spozywcze znajduja sie w bryle budynku. Parking w garazu podziemnym.
Szkoda, ze do ekspressu nie dodano chociazby paru kapsułek na kawe - dostepna byla kawa w torebkach.

Lokalizacja, udogodnienia w pokoju (TV, naprawdę szybki internet, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia)
Bardzo słaby i utrudniony kontakt z obsługą obiektu (dramat - przy próbie zgłoszenia problemu - tzn. brak dostepu do garażu, który był w ofercie - zostałem po prostu "olany" co naraziło mnie na dodatkowe koszty płatnego parkingu na ulicy - kto zwróci opłaty ? pewnie nikt), duży hałas z ulicy (przy otwartych oknach), brak klimatyzacji (gorąco).
