A few meters away there are two supermarkets open from 8.00 to 22.00, 2 banks with ATM service, pharmacy and bakery, bars and several restaurants.
The apartment is housed in a historic building from 1889 called "Dreher Palota": you will be fascinated by its facades and splendid neo-Renaissance style courtyard. Climbing the particular staircase will seem to relive the atmosphere of Budapest in the late 1800s. .
Inside, the high ceilings and original parquet floors blend well with the contemporary furnishings, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.
The bed, positioned on a 2. 10 m high mezzanine. overlooking the double height of the living room giving the space a warm atmosphere.
The super-equipped kitchen with lavazza espresso machine, wifi internet, TV with foreign channels, excellent selection of bed linen and towels will guarantee you a peaceful and pleasant stay.

Very nice apartment, with tasteful decorations and a good layout that makes great use of the space. Enjoyed the semi-renovated building (used to be owned by a beer baron, for those who aren’t from Hungary and know Dreher), including the unusual elevator. The lighting is just as cozy in person as it is in the photos. A/C worked well even on hot days, and the building stayed surprisingly cool even with it off during the day. Very comfy bed. Great location, easy to access on foot and via transit.Only minor complaint was the shower: it occasionally went very cold for a few minutes for no apparent reason, and I didn’t love the provided soap.

The location was accessible to public transportation yet very quiet for sleeping. The host supplied a video which made checkin seamless. The host was quick to respond to questions. The location also allowed us to walk to the Danube and sights nearby.
