The apartment was so nicely furnished and decorated in true Danish design, and it was spacious, warm and bright. Very comfortable beds and a nice office corner with views of the sea and the rooftops. The balcony looked so inviting. Big and well-equipped gym a few floors away (when you book in the main building). Super friendly and helpful staff. Very close to Metro and S-train. Overall, a somewhat pricey, but very nice stay in Copenhagen. Would love to stay there again!

Staff was so helpful and friendly
I didn’t feel the location was good at all; we arrived around 6pm and the restaurant in hotel was closed and the nearest restaurant I could find was a 40 min walk away. Not ideal with mr 4 year old.
I also booked a room based on the amazing photos from booking.com, not realising it made aware that there was two Charlotte havens - I didn’t stay in the room I expected it was small and dark with no decent lighting - I felt for 3 nights £850 was a lot of money
