About this apartment rental
Very large apartment of 75 m2 renovated in 2017, furnished and decorated in Scandinavian style, 1950s, like the reconstruction of Royan. Everything is new, except of course some of the Scandinavian furniture which was found in flea markets.
It is located at 10 bis boulevard de Perpigna, a very quiet area, 7 minutes 'walk from Chay beach and 10 minutes' walk from the central market, the heart of Royan.
It is a second floor, with elevator, with a parking space in the courtyard of the residence, and a garage in the basement, closed, to park cars less than 1. 85 meters high, and your bikes! !!!
I have a Passat station wagon, which comes into the garage an inch long.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms, one with a 160 * 200 bed, and one with two bunk beds, which allows 6 people to sleep. All beds and mattresses are new.
There is WIFI
Bathroom with bath, separate toilet, living room kitchen in one room, very bright.
The kitchen is new and fully equipped with new household appliances (rotary heat pyrolysis oven, fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic hob with extractor hood, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher because during the holidays, you don't have to dishes !!!!).
Living room with 3 seater sofa and two armchairs, dining room with table for 6 people, all overlooking the bay window which communicates with the terrace.
9 m2 terrace with table and chairs for dining in the sun for 4/5 people, and two lounge chairs for napping.
The hot water is produced by an individual gas boiler, so the whole family will have hot water for the shower !!!!!

We spend a nice week Royan. The appartment is as shown in the pictures. There are games for the children and the terrace is perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The

Appartement agréable et très bien situé. L'exposition est parfaite pour ne pas trop souffrir de la canicule. Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
Nous recommandons!
Ps : nous n'avons pas eu les jolies chaises jaunes...mais avec les enfants c'est plus sûr

Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Royan. L'appartement, refait à neuf récemment (sauf la salle de bain), est très agréable. Seul petit bémol avec l'eau dont le débit parfois trop faible n'arrivait pas à déclencher le chauffe-eau ; mais rien d'irrémédiable, nous avons pu prendre toutes nos douches à l'eau chaude au final. Le lave linge et le lave vaisselle fonctionnaient parfaitement ainsi que tout le reste de l'électro-ménager. La résidence est très calme. Et situés à dix minutes à pieds de la plage de la grande Conche, nous avons pu en profiter tous les jours. Merci pour les quelques jouets et revues pour enfant dans les placards, notre fils les a beaucoup appréciés.
