About this house rental
This bright family home has been completely renovated and is fully equipped. It is located behind Royan’s covered Central Market and just a 5-minute walk from Royan’s Grande Plage.
We’re offering our second home—which is very dear to us—so you can enjoy the seaside while taking special care of our property.
The home sleeps 6 people: a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children.
You enter the house via 3 small steps; once in the living room, on the right is a seating area with a large sofa and a chaise longue. Opposite you is a very well-equipped, fully renovated open-concept kitchen with all the necessary appliances.
From the open-concept kitchen, a large picture window leads directly to the enclosed garden, which is preceded by a terrace furnished with outdoor seating and a freestanding umbrella.
In this garden, there is a “beach shower” (a functional shower with a separate toilet) where you can cool off or rinse your feet.
You can enjoy the garden for evenings with family or friends over a summer aperitif.
The bedrooms are upstairs. One bedroom with a 140-size double bed, a second with two 90-size beds, and a third with two 90-size bunk beds (suitable only for children under twelve years of age. Anyone sleeping upstairs must be at least 6 years old and weigh no more than 45 kilos).
The bathroom and toilet are separate and are also located upstairs.
Pets are not accepted under any circumstances.
Smoking is not permitted in the rental. The house provides an iron, ironing board, and washing machine.
Linens are not included in the rental price, but we can provide them upon request.
Beach and/or pool towels available for rent (100 x 200 / 500 grams).
The property is not accessible to people with limited mobility.
Fiber-optic Wi-Fi available.
Beds can be made upon request. Duvets and pillows are provided.
